Rose – Manager
Level 7 – BA (Hons) Early Childhood Studies With EYPS (Teacher status)
Rose has been working in childcare since 1995 and has experience of working with all age groups from babies to school age children. Previous to opening Rosy Cheeks Nursery Rose had managed several settings within Stoke on Trent and Staffordshire.
Cheryl – Deputy Manager and Toddler room leader (Big Cats)
Level 5 – Foundation Degree in Childhood Studies
Cheryl has worked with children since 2007 and has worked with children aged 0-11 years old. Before joining Rosy Cheeks in 2011 Cheryl worked within a pre-school setting. Cheryl has a son of her own.
Olivia - Level 3 early educator
Olivia qualified in summer 2019 and Rosy Cheeks is her first job as a practitioner. She is currently based in the baby room and joined us straight after qualifying.
Tilly – Baby Room leader (Kittens)
Level 3 – Certificate in childcare in education
Tilly has been working in childcare since 2011. Tilly completed her level 3 qualification whilst being a student here at Rosy Cheeks Nursery and she gained employment with us straight from college.

Alice - BA (hon) Educational psychology.
Alice has worked with children since 2016 and has worked in schools, after school clubs and Nurseries. She is currently completing her Masters degree in Educational psychology. Alice is a key worker and is currently covering for Tilly in the baby room before she re-joins her regular room back in little Cats.
Leanne – Early Years Practitioner
Level 3 – National diploma in childrens care, learning and development.
Leanne has been working with Children since 2011 and is currently working within our Big cats room(Toddlers) Leanne is a key worker and joined Rosy Cheeks in 2015.
Danielle – Toddler room leader (little Cats)
Level 3 – Childcare, Learning and development Level 3 – Childcare, Learning and development
Danielle has been working with children since 2011 and is currently working in the little cats room. Danielle is a key worker and joined Rosy Cheeks in 2015. Danielle has two sons of her own
Sumayyah - Apprentice Early Years Practitioner
Sumayyah joined Rosy Cheeks in 2020 and has begin her level 2 training.
After spending 12 months in pre school, sumayyah is now working and gaining experience within the Little Cats room.
Shelley – Early Years Practitioner (Maternity cover room leader in Little Cats)
Level 3 - Childcare and learning
Shelley has been working within childcare since 2003. She joined the Rosy Cheeks team in November 2015 after working in a before and after school club and also having her second child. Shelley has experience of working with children aged 0-16 years old. She has 2 children of her own.
Victoria – Early Years Practitioner
Level 3 – Early Years Educator.
Victoria joined Rosy Cheeks in 2020. She has experience of nurseries and schools through her training placements. Victoria currently works within both our Little and big cats room.
Sharon - Early Years Practitioner
Level 3 – Childcare, learning and development.
Sharon qualified in 2015 and has previously worked with children aged
2-4 in a local nursery before joining Rosy Cheeks in 2017.
Kat - Early years practitioner
Level 3 - Early Educator
Kat joined Rosy cheeks in 2020 and has previous experience of working in out of school clubs. She has two young sons of her own.
Amanda - Pre-school room leader
Level 3 - Childhood studies
Amanda joined Rosy Cheeks in 2014. She has lots of experience of working within early years. She has previous experience of managing a small setting but prefers to work within the pre school room, directly with the children.
Claire - Early years practitioner
Level 3 early learning and childcare.
Claire has been working with children since 2011 and has experience within a variety of Early years settings. Claire has spent some time working in care but missed the fun of working with children.
Amy - Early years practitioner
Level 3 childrens care, learning and development.
Amy has worked with children since 2007 and has experience of working in early years settings. Amy has two sons of her own and enjoys spending the school holidays with them.
