Level 6+ – BA (Hons) Early Childhood Studies With EYPS
Rose has been working in childcare since 1995 and has experience of working with all age groups from 0-11 years. Previous to opening Rosy Cheeks Nurseries in 2011, Rose had managed an early years setting in Newcastle under Lyme for 8 years. More recently Rose has become a Mental health First aider and has also completed her level 2 in Children and Adolescent Mental Health. Rose has two children of her own.
Lauren – Room Supervisor and Deputy Manager

SENCo - Special educational Needs Co-Ordinator
Lauren holds a Level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development. Lauren joined Rosy Cheeks as a student in 2011 but has since gained other nursery experience across Stoke on Trent. She re joined Rosy Cheeks in 2023 and has recently completed her level 3 SENCO training. Lauren has children of her own.
Sarah – Early Years Practitioner
Toddler time leader
Sarah holds a Level 2 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development and is currently completing her level 3 with Stoke on Trent College. Previous to joining Rosy Cheeks, Sarah has had many years’ experience of working within the Meir area at other local nurseries. Sarah brings her experience of partnership working as well as previous room leader knowledge.
Sammy – Early Years Practitioner
Sammy holds a Level 2 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development. Previous to joining Rosy Cheeks, Sammy has had many years’ experience of working within other settings in Stoke on Trent as well as more recent work as a 1:1 support for a little one with additional needs. Sammy has children of her own.
Paryss – Early Years Practitioner
Paryss completed her level 3 Early Educator training in 2023 and she has no previous working experience with children however, Paryss is eager to learn new skills and develop her knowledge of working in the Early Years sector.
Alison– Early Years Practitioner
Alison is a level 3 practitioner who joined us at Rosy Cheeks in 2024. She has previously worked in other local early years settings and has experience of working with children aged 0-5.
